Individual Position: The individual is lying supine with their leg and thigh flexed to 90 degrees, which externally rotates the thigh.
Practitioner Position:The practitioner places their caudad hand to the medial aspect of the ankle of the side being tested, their cephalad hand is placed to the lateral aspect of the knee.
Description of Muscle Test:The individual attempt to externally rotate their thigh, against the resistance being applied by the practitioner’s cephalad hand.
