Individual Position: The individual is seated with their supinated hand placed on the table.

Practitioner Position:The practitioner is seated with their finger placed on the individual’s thumb.

Description of Muscle Test:The individual is requested to cross their thumb over their palm against the practitioner’s resistance, trying to touch the top of the little finger, with the anterior surface of the thumb placed parallel on the anterior surface of the little finger.
