Individual Position: The individual is lying prone with their legs extended.

Practitioner Position:The practitioner is standing with their hand placed on the individual’s ankle.

Description of Muscle Test:The individual is requested to flex their knee against the practitioner’s resistance. Should sharp pain ensue, evaluate for knee pathology.
