Pointer Plus The Pointer Plus is an easy to use trigger point (TP) locator which incorporates a push button stimulation feature to immediately treat Trigger point pain.

Individual Position: The individual is standing with their arm flexed and abducted to approximately 80 degrees from midline.

Practitioner Position: The practitioner is standing to the individual’s side with their hand placed against the individual’s palm.

Description of Muscle Test: The individual is requested to adduct anteriorly against the practitioner’s resistance.
