Individual Position: The individual is seated with their forearm fully flexed to their shoulder, and their upper arm is flexed to 15 degrees and laterally rotated.
Practitioner Position: The practitioner is standing to the side of the individual, and applying resistance to the medial aspect of the flexed elbow.
Description of Muscle Test: The practitioner requests that the individual adduct and flex their arm, against moderate resistance, towards their own face.
